The number one priority for every business owner or manager is to keep their employees safe. Safety at work is also one of the biggest things employees look for and ask about before accepting a position. It is good to have different safety plans regarding different scenarios that could occur. Whether it be a fire, tornado, gunman or anything else, managers as well as hourly employees should be trained on what to do or know where to go to find the necessary information.
