The ERP Program is a system that allows the commercial building to easily communicate with us. ERP stands for Emergency Response Plan that gives SERVPRO of Boone & Clinton Counties a layout of the building as well as all shut off valves and any other information we may need. It allows the commercial building to get on the app when a problem arises and gives them the ability to hit a button that notifies us that we need to go there. It tells us what the problem is and where it is inside of the building. ERP's are very beneficial to both SERVPRO and the commercial building.
