Water Certification

Here at SERVPRO of Boone & Clinton Counties, we take getting certifications very seriously. We want our crew members to be knowledgeable to not only be able to handle any water job that we may get, but to also be able to educate the customer on what happened and what they could do to prevent it from happening again. Every one of our techs is certified in water restoration and could go to a water job alone if absolutely necessary. The customer has every right to ask to see certification before we begin work and if a customer does ever ask, we know that all of our employees would be able to show them that they are knowledgeable and capable to do the work needed to get the water out of the home and to repair any damage that has occurred.
