SERVPRO of Boone & Clinton Counties are here to respond to any call that comes their way. The call can vary depending on what caused the problem whether it be a storm, fire, water, mold, or anything else. Our highly trained staff will not only get the problem taken care of, but will also educate the customer on everything that they have done or will have to do to get everything taken care of. 

Transparency is key to ensure the customer knows exactly what is going on during all phases of the job. We also want to educate the customer on not only how the damage occurred, but how it could be prevented in the future. SERVPRO of Boone & Clinton Counties does not want to be the company that only shows up to complete the job and leave. Our team wants the customer to feel relieved and educated on everything that we did to where if they have anything else that comes up, they will have some idea on how to combat the situation until we show up.
