One of the biggest fears for a homeowner is their house catching on fire. Fires can be caused by the smallest things such as a tiny spark from an electrical outlet or a small candle that was not blown out. Once the fire is put out, that is when SERVPRO comes in and determines the amount of damage to send the estimate to the adjuster. In some cases the adjuster will be at the home or business with us going over everything.

After SERVPRO of Boone & Clinton Counites does the initial inspection of everything and gets the okay from the adjuster if it is going through insurance, they will begin demoing everything that was affected by the fire. Fires are a tough time for a family or business owner, so we are there for them as well and will answer any questions they may have throughout the process.
