March is here, which means spring is right around the corner. Spring is always something to look forward to with the warmer temperatures and daylight savings time, making the daylight longer and knowing winter is behind us.

Although spring is delightful, rain is inevitable and could lead to some not so good circumstances. With warmer temperatures, snow and ice will begin to melt and could lead to future problems such as a flooded basement for example. Another thing about spring is the spring rains. The showers may lead to beautiful flowers, but it could also lead to some ugly repair costs if your home or business is not set up for large amounts of water.
