Cooler Fire at Bakery

This cooler fire happened in the lobby of the Flour Mill Bakery in Rossville, IN. The fire started sometime in the early morning, but luckily a staff member arrived before it broke out of the cooler. Although there was no additional fire damage, soot was spread all throughout the bakery due to the hvac system that was right above the cooler that sucked a lot of it in and dispersed it throughout the bakery. We arrived later that morning and began wiping everything in the bakery down in hopes to get them back up and running as s soon as possible. Some of our crew worked through the weekend to help get the bakery back open and the owner was so thankful and appreciative. The before picture shows the cooler that caught fire and the after picture shows after we were done cleaning everything and them getting ready to reopen.
