Furnished Basement Flood
This flooded basement in Zionsville, IN was the result of a failed sump pump. When this customer got home from vacation, he found 6 inches of water standing throughout his finished basement. The customer had just finished the basement a few months back, so he was super bummed. We responded shortly after getting the call on a Saturday night and got all the water drained. After monitoring for a few days, he was ecstatic about how quick we were to respond and get everything taken care of. The customer stated he thought it was going to take a lot longer but was amazed by the results. Saved most if not all of his furniture and that made for one happy customer. The after picture is the aftermath of draining the water and tearing out the carpet so new carpet can be put in.
