15 Year Leak Leading to Mold Build Up

This loss, same loss as the bathroom closet was due to a water line puncture in the wall of the bathroom. The drip in the water line had been going on for 15 years and was causing mold as well as severe water damage. After remediation of the mold we also had to replace the floor joist as the house had settled causing the floor to be uneven. As you can see the customer was thrilled with the results as the bathroom looks brand new.
