Right After Loss

When you notice a water loss occurring, the first thing that you should do is shut off the water line. After no more water is coming in, take good pictures just in case you have to make a claim with insurance. When finished with that, give SERVPRO of Boone & Clinton Counties a call and we will be there within an hour to begin the mitigation process. While we are on the way, it would be best if you moved any furniture that could be damaged if they sit in the water any longer. Moving furniture will also save you money. Once we arrive and get the water extracted, we will set up equipment and go from there depending on the severity.
